He is survived by: his sons, Dewayne Powell (Crystal) of Prescott, AR and Chris Powell of Smackover, AR; and his sister Maxine Worbes of Hope, AR. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
