He is survived by: his wife Vinie Holt; his children, Wayman Holt (Laverne), Terry Holt, Gerry Holt, James Holt and Cathy Whisler (Roger); and his sister Mary Emma Spigner (Bill). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
