He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Collier and Dora Jackson Collier; and his sister Dora Launius. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Collier of Shover Springs; his children, James Collier and Renee Collier; his siblings, Eugene Collier and Sharon Rust of Longview; and his stepchildren, Curtis Laurel, Shon Biddle, Deborah Stockton, Renee Voss and Natalie Biddle. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
