He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Alice Hughes; and his brothers, Gene Hughes and Billy Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wiley Hughes of Hope; his sons, Donny Hughes, Jr (Shirley) of Hope and Scott Hughes (Faye) of Hope; his grandchildren, Kyle Hughes, Jeremy Hughes (Hayley), Allen Barton and Matt Hughes (Misty); and his great grandchildren, Catherine, Brooklyn, Jesse, Eric, Dylan, Tyler and Trey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Assembly of God Youth Fund.
