She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlie Collins and Addie Mae McClendon; and her sister Melrose Williams. She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Beene; her daughter Patricia; her grandson Kevin; her sons, Sylvester Beene, Jr. (Ionia) and Lannie Beene (Jeanette); her grandchildren, Kenneth Beene, Sheriece Miller (Jerome), Terence Beene (Natasha), Alisia Beene and Dominique Flowers; and her great grandchildren, Kaidan, Jada, Farrah, Tessa and Gabrielle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
