He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Jean Purtle Webb; his children, Charles D. Webb (Adrienne) of Hope and Ginny L. Webb Sanders of Hope; and his grandchildren, Brad Sanders, Jonathan Webb (Carrie), Tim Sanders (Brandi), Terry Sanders (Claudia), Kacey Griffith (Jason) and Megan Krantz (Derrick). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
