He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard O'Dwyer and Frances O'Dwyer (Bourne); his sisters, Catherine Anne Thomas and Frances Susan Harder; his brother-in-law Italo Forte; and his niece Mary Frances Forte.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue O'Dwyer (Barnett); his sons, Timothy (Carla), Kevin (Tiffany) and Christopher (Lenisa); his grandchildren, Carsten, Campbell, Haley, Grayson, Jack, Ian, Cameron, Truman, Lauren Catherine, Jillian and Christian; his sister Mary Ellen Forte; his brothers-in-law, Pat Thomas and A. M. Harder; and his nephews, Robert, Richard, Mark Forte, Charles Joseph Harder, David and Michael Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
