He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Madison Rice and Argie Pearl Booker Rice; his daughter Vickie Michele Rice Rouse (Joe Rice); and his sister Judy Rice Curry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nutt Rice; his son Thomas Michael Rice Sr. (Jennifer) of Hermitage, AR.; his brother Donnie Paul Rice (Shirley) of Warren, AR; his grandchildren, Matthew Thomas Rice, Megan Victoria Rouse, Thomas Michael Rice Jr. and Chyenne Jane Rice; and his great grandchildren, John William Rouse and Victoria Daniel Rouse.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frazer's Funeral Home (305 S Main St, Warren, AR 71671). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church (265 Bradley Rd 5 N, Hermitage, AR 71647).
