He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceburn Eugene and Ruby Dell Ellis Williams; his wife Brenda Gail Williams; his adoptive son Ronald Jo Baker; and his brothers, Ceburn Eugene Williams, Paul Jefferson Williams, Jerry Williams and Billy Jack Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Jason David Williams (Maranda) of Gurdon, Renae Foster (Jason) of Nashville and Rhonda Jester (Keith) of Gurdon; his sister Bonnie Beard (Lennie) of Arkadelphia; and his grandchildren, Josh, Jaimee, J. L. Lockwood, Presley Capps, Gunner Pennington, Kylee Jo Baker, Cadence, Remington Williams and Weston Creed Foster. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
