She is survived by: her children, Joyce Warren of Clarksville, Arkansas, Robert Panis (Amy) of Greenwood, Kevin Panis (Nancy) of Torrance, Kenneth Panis (Shiela) of Greenwood and Jerry Panis (Sally) of Long Beach, California; her sister Janice Spain of Mansfield; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Panis of Carson, California; her siblings, Carol Ford of Clarksville, Kathy Bell (Steve) of Hernando, Mississippi and Ronnie Okazawki (Linda) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Elaine Emberton of Lakewood, California. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
