She is survived by: her husband Luke Lorenson; her sons, Alexander Michael and Luke Lowell Lorenson; her parents, John Heidenthal and Chantay Heidenthal of Hackett; her grandparents, Bernie and Adele Tougas of Greenwood; and her siblings, Richard DeSalvo of Fort Smith, Dominic DeSalvo of Fort Smith and Marianna DeSalvo of South Dakota.
