She was predeceased by: her parents, Ila Thomas Huggins and Della Iva McLain Huggins; her son Russell Miller, Jr.; her siblings, Ray Huggins, James Huggins and Iva Harris; and her stepdaughter Debbie Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband John Rubly of Wake Village, Texas; her children, Jeana (Patrick O'Brien), Angela Dawson of Hot Springs, Johnny (Angela Miller), Joseph (Tina Miller) and Matthew (Shelia Patterson); her children-in-law, Elaine, Joe Langley of Magnet Cove, David, Judy Rubly of Magnet Cove, James Rubly of Malvern, Kellie, Michael Watson of Texarkana, Sean Watson of Fort Worth, Art Patterson of Oklahoma, Joy of Oklahoma, Vince Blair of Oklahoma and George Patterson of Oklahoma; her sister Clydia; her brother-in-law Walter Seyls of Texas; and also, George, Regina Huggins of Texas, Bob and Gladys Huggins of Glenwood. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers.
