He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Allen and Matilda Norris; and his children, Larry and Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Lucille; and his son Gary Norris (Rachel) of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
