It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Wayne Otwell (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Otwell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lee Otwell (Papet); and his children, Kristi Otwell Malzahn (Gus) and Tiffani Otwell Croley. He is also survived by his six granddaughters, two grandsons, and four great-grandchildren; one brother, three brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
