He was predeceased by: his son Jay; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Rhiannon. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Roland, Oklahoma; his children, Lori of Fort Smith, Sherry Brown (Darrell Brown) of Fort Smith and Andy of Fort Smith; his stepson Rob of Roland, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ericka Beam, Jason, Olivia Brown, Kobe and Tristan Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Thomas and Jayden.
In lieu of flowers, please direct donations toward Goddard Methodist Church, where Tom was a member for 56 years and Sunday school teacher for 20.
