We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2023, at the age of 90, Patsy Ruth Payne of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Branch, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Johnson of Fort Smith, Karen Hembree of Rogers and David (Donna) of Fort Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
