He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Neil E. Crow, Sr. and Mary K. Crow of Fort Smith. He is survived by: his wife Candy; his children, Phillip (Sarah) of Fort Worth, TX and Leah Rolston (William) of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Caroline, Tad and Landry; his sister Kathy Miller (Mike) of Fort Smith; his uncle Dr. Martin Crow (Jane) of Kansas City, MO; his aunt Nancy Balsam of Little Rock; and his cousin Becky Clem (Keith) of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Smith or the American Brain Tumor Association.
