She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Bill Werschky and Martha Werschky (Kusel); and her siblings, George Werschky, Herman Wayne Werschky and Mary Ann Zuber (Werschky).
She is survived by: her brother Carl Werschky; and her sons, Jimmy Dale Bartlett and Larry Dean Bartlett. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the medical expenses of her 4-year-old great-grandson, Joseph Coogan, who sustained a life-threatening brain injury.
