He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Kukar and Eugenia Kukar of Fort Smith. He is survived by: his sister Jane Kenderdine (Stewart) of Chandler; his niece Emily Kenderdine Hadley (Collin) of Fort Worth; his nephew Marshall Kenderdine of Austin; his great-nephew Connor Hadley; and his niece Madeline Hadley of Fort Worth.
