She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah Johnson (Young); her grandparents, Dallas, Margaret Johnson, Don, Mary June Young and Maxine Nordin; and her aunt Darlene Castille.

She is survived by: her father Timothy Johnson (Donna Johnson); her husband Cliff Cabaness; her children, Jolianne Kusturin, Trinity Lubecke, Trey Kusturin and Thomas Lubecke; her father-in-law Cliff Cabaness Sr.; her sisters, Joy Whitted (Devon) of Russellville, Jessica Johnson of Orlando, FL and Ashley Webster (Nate) of Springdale, AR; her sisters-in-law, Dara Kleinpeter (Jerry) and Jaime Cabaness; and her brothers, Justin Johnson of Atkins, AR, Jeff Johnson (Jessica) of Fayetteville, AR, Chad Faulkner (Kristen) of Cambridge, MA, Roland Nordin of Ozark, AR, Kelby Nordin (Rebecca) of Russellville and Josiah Reaves (Casey) of Dardanelle, AR. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
