She is survived by: her children, Patricia Jean Osborn of Crestview, FL and Matthew Osborn of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren, Christopher Walker of Fort Smith, Heather Walker of Crestview, FL, Jennnifer Callaway of Fort Smith, AR, Hallie Isabella Spence of Crestview, FL, Hallie Osborn of Little Rock, AR, Nora Osborn of Little Rock, AR and Susannah Osborn of Little Rock, AR; and her great grandchildren, Serenity Dodd, Alexander Dodd, Miles Walker, Owen Hernandez and Oliver Walker.
