She is survived by: her husband Douglas Spearman of Fort Smith; her daughters, Tracy Bugg (Bary) of Fort Smith and Kerry Oldham (Danny) of McKinney, Texas; her grandchildren, Mahala Oldham, J. D. Bugg, Marley Oldham, Carson Bugg and Nate Oldham; her brother William Joe Heywood (Rachel) of Columbus, Mississippi; her niece Susan Heywood of Maryland; her aunt Raye Levering of Fort Smith; and her cousins, Steve Levering of Oklahoma and Kelly Duke of Tennessee.
