It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Arney Sr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, C. J. Arney and Grace Arney (Boots); his wife Claudia; his children, Gerald Arney, Jr., Pamela Strickland of Joplin and Christina Harper (Scott) of Vian, Oklahoma; and his sister Cheri Arney Cecil of Huntley Illinois. He was also cherished by eight Grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
