He is survived by: his wife Mary Murray (Grubbs); his children, Leland Murray, JD Murray and Shirley "Sam" Murray; his sisters, Tina Hall, Rosanna Murray, Malinda Murray and Angela Murray; his friends, David Lamar, John Everidge, Mark Rutland, Imarie Glassie, Phil, Nancy Plyborn, Charlie and Shelia Gross; his devoted care aide Christina Crawford; and his pet Princess.
