He was predeceased by: his father Charles William McNeill; and his brothers, Allen, Rick and Charles McNeill. He is survived by: his wife Debbie McNeill; his children, Robert McNeill of St. Louis, Kristi Shackleford (Phillip) of Springdale and Kimberly McNeill of Fort Smith; his sister Sharon Kelley (Alan) of Van Buren; and his grandchildren, Isabelle, Jacob Shackleford, Molly and Konnor McNeill.
