He is survived by: his spouse Nhieu Thi Kieu; his children, Kim Kojima (Chris Kojima) of Sunnyvale, California, Giau Pham Bibiano (Daniel Bibiano) of Rogers, Arkansas, Samantha Pham of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Miranda Pham of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Daniel Kojima and Sophia Bibiano; and his sister-in-law Phuoc Phan.
