She is survived by: her children, Greg Johnson (Andee) of Little Rock and Leigh Ann Hasley (Doug) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Derek Johnson (Rachel), Bennett Hasley (Katie), Bryant Hasley, Kelly Johnson, Bailee Johnson and Addison Chenoweth (Owen); her great grandchildren, Ryder and Sloan; and her siblings, Pam Hall (Keith), Jerry Shepherd (Carol) and Barney Shepherd (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
