He is survived by: his children, Earnest III of Forrest City, Edward of Forrest City, Melvin of Forrest City, Michael of Forrest City, Lee of Forrest City, Victor Fertha of Forrest City, Herman Smith of Fayetteville, AR, Rita Atkins of Forrest City, Dorothy Fertha of Forrest City, Dora Mull of Forrest City, Rose Swift of Forrest City, Lula Ware of St. Louis, MO and Betty Boone of New York. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A social distancing walk through visitation is scheduled for Friday, December 17, 2021 from 3:00-4:00 pm.
