He is survived by: his wife Teresa Watson of Fordyce; his son Samuel Downen of Fordyce; his goddaughter Jordyn Hardaway of Fordyce; and his parents-in-law, Truman and Ruth Womble of Fordyce. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
