It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Cook in Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Beck and Eunice Goodin Beck; her husband Sam Cook; her brothers, Lonnie Beck, Gene Beck and Gurvis Campbell; and her half-brothers, Ernest Beck and Johnny Beck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Epperson of Hartman, Arkansas, Becky Farris (Mike) of Clarksville, Arkansas, Jo Wadley (Vince) of Lamar, Arkansas and Darlene Forehand (Rusty) of Clarksville, Arkansas; and her brother James Beck, Jr.. She is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
