She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Dean and Johnsie Dean (Gillette); her husband Daniel Augustine; and her granddaughter Rachel Welch. She is survived by: her children, Shanna Kimball (Jimmy) of West Fork, Jerry Welch (Jill) of Joplin, Rhonda Duncan (Tim) of Stella and Garrett Welch (Lori) of Fayetteville; her siblings, Madeline Cardin, Madie Spence and Charles Dean; her grandchildren, Jessica Kimball, Sara Ketcher (Bo), Ethan Kimball, Alicia Daniel (Garrett), Braedon Welch, Dillon Welch, Eric Welch, Ryan Welch, Whitney Eckrich (Joe), Courtney Duncan and Hanna Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Rhett Ketcher and Keenan McNally.
