She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy L. Weber and J. P. Weber; her brother Frank Weber; her husband Keith Wentz, Sr.; her children, Keith Wentz Jr., Carl Wentz, Carrol Wentz, Kennith Wentz and Carolyn Wentz; and her grandson Charles Wentz.
She is survived by: her children, Don Wentz of Golden City, Missouri, Gary Wentz, Terry Wentz of Springdale, Doris Treat and Barbara Neil of Springdale. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
