With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leila Belle Hastings-Owen of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Golden City, Missouri, who passed away on November 21, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Hastings and Mildred Jones Hastings; and her children, Thomas L. Owen, Jr., Scot D. Owen, Deidre A. Flynn and Tara K. Tracy. She was also cherished by two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
