He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Watts and Dorothy Shackelford Watts; his wife Edwardene; and his son Julian Dewayne Watts. He is survived by: his children, Ralph C. Watts (Laura Watts) and Winona Taylor; his grandchildren, Shawna Dailey, Brian Benson (Deborah), Dallas Watts (Anna), Sheri Perez (Robert), Darren Benson (Jennifer), Amy Thiessen (Brad), Daniel Watts, Nicole Watts and Megan Watts; his great grandchildren, Cody Dailey, Colter Dailey, Conner Dailey, Alicia Sherrill, Garrett Watts, Jackson Watts, Lucas Watts, Russell Perez, Luke Perez, Eric Benson, Nathan Benson, Tylor Thiessen, Morgan Thiessen, Brielle Cabrera and Kai Banda; and his siblings, Gary Richard Watts, Katherine Elaine Watts, Lavern Combs and Wanda Kyle.
