We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2020, at the age of 52, Joyce B Bullock of Fayetteville, Arkansas, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson II and Alta Mae Armstrong (Sutton); and her sister Connie Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Brett Bullock; her children, Philip Armstrong, Ashley Katrina Armstrong, Jamie Leigh Bullock, Jessica Bullock, Sarah Gardner and Courtney Bullock; her siblings, Andrew Jackson Armstrong III and Janet Vita; and her grandchildren, Germia Armstrong, Eliza Armstrong, Areona Holt, Ameya Armstrong, Zachariel Weatherford, Stella Cruse, Trevor Cruse, Cadan Bullock, Leah Darling, Serayah Calvillo and Ellie Ginnett.
