He is survived by: his close friend Vada Myer; his sons, Anthony Piazza of Uvita, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, Vincent Piazza of Denver, CO and Nicholas Piazza; and his siblings, Daniel Piazza (Teresa) of Wayne, OK, Tracy Winningham (Jeff) of Evansville, AR and Teresa Clement (Rick) of Lincoln, AR.
