He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bernard and Bernice Bernard (McCoy). He is survived by: his wife Jamie Bernard; his children, Josh Bernard (Melissa) of Oklahoma and Nikki Campbell (Derek) of Lincoln; and his siblings, Tim Bernard (Brenda) of Texas, David Bernard of Oklahoma, Matt Bernard (Lisa) of Oklahoma and Beonsia Frazier of Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
