He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Etter and Nellie Conolly Meadows; his wife Jane Worthington Duls; and his son William N. Meadows Sr.. He is survived by: his son Jack (Carolyn) of Little Rock; his daughters-in-law, Becky Meadows and Susan Meadows; his grandchildren, Jack E Meadows III of Hot Springs, Melissa Riley (Cooper) of Little Rock, William Meadows Jr. (Sunny) of Byron, MN and Mary Jane Bryles (Roger) of Fayetteville; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Rachel, Sarah Cooper Riley of Little Rock, Sophie, Lily Bryles of Fayetteville and Ryder Meadows of Hot Springs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Sequoyah United Methodist Church or Mount Sequoyah.
