She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Vaughn and Cora Vaughn (George); her husband Charles; her grandson Shane McGarrah; her great grandchild Alexis Doody; and her daughter-in-law Linda McGarrah.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip McGarrah of Tontitown, AR and Janette Smithson (Enos) of Tontitown, AR; her brothers, Alan Vaughn of Fayetteville, AR, Sam Vaughn of Cassville, MO and Wally Vaughn of Prairie Grove, AR; her granddaughter Mona Hartung of Fayetteville, AR; and her stepgranddaughters, Dianna Jack of Tulsa, OK and Debbie Williams of Russellville, AR. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and two step great great grandchildren.
