He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Raymond Coffman and Bertha Coffman (Dobbs). He is survived by: his son Jonathan Coffman (Karla); his wife Janice Coffman (Harber); his son Dr. Chris Melton (Susan); and his grandchildren, Brooke Melton of Little Rock, Riley Melton of Little Rock, Bree Coffman of Benton and Ethan Coffman of Benton.
