He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Kelsey and Florence Lindabury Kelsey; and his sisters, Joyce Lusardi and Judy McCarter. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Kelsey; his former wife Kathy L. Kelsey of Fayetteville, AR; his sons, Dale and Kevin Kelsey of Fayetteville, AR; his siblings, Barbara Miller of Mt. Arlington, NJ and John Kelsey of Hayesville, NC; and his grandchildren, DeElla and Archer.
