He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Murphy and Juana Murphy. He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Fortner of Farmington, Lisa Murphy of Prairie Grove, Shawn Thompson of Fayetteville, Charles Murphy of Fayetteville and James Murphy of Eugene, Oregon; his niece Erica Murphy; and his nephews, Joshua Murphy and Travis Thompson.
