With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Elmer Riggs Jr. (Fayetteville, Arkansas), born in Orange, Texas, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora McDonald and Charles E. Riggs; and his sister Tanga Crews. He is survived by: his wife Susan Timm; his children, Stephanie, Michael Stephens, Brendon and Meredith Riggs; his grandchildren, Chloe and Christopher Krumwiede; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Crews. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 2 great-nephews, 4 great-nieces, 1 great- great-nephew.
Celebrations of his life will be held after Covid restrictions are lifted.
