He is survived by: his parents, Jake Sizelove and Emily Sizelove; his sister Leah Sizelove; his grandparents, Mike, Denise Sizelove, Larre and Cindy Sloan; his great-grandparents, Jim, Sunday Sizelove, Carol, Edward Bounds and Pat Powell; his aunts and uncles, Sam Sizelove, Strealy Sizelove, Josh (Andi Sizelove), Joel (Kelly Sizelove), Michael (Lindsey Sloan) and Matthew (Ali Cook); and his cousins, Olivia Cook, Caroline Cook, Hannah Cook, Annie Cook and Olivia Sizelove.
