He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Garner and Rose Garner. He is survived by: his wife Tammi Garner of Eudora, AR; his children, Brandi Hughes (Richard) of Oak Grove, LA, April Garner Burnett of Start City, AR and Michael "Goob" Garner (Emily) of Richmond, TX; his grandchildren, Kylie, Bradley, Maegan, Austin, Paisley, Avery and Knox; his great grandchild Gentri; and his siblings, Frankie, Mark, Terry, Richard, Linda, Donnie, Bonnie, Connie, Sharon, Karen and Robert Morgan (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
