He is survived by: his wife Carla Jones-Lowe of Dumas; his children, Tommie Shea Lowe of Pine Bluff, Rashad Lowe (Nikita) of White Hall and Shaquille Lowe of Dallas; his siblings, Pamela Tanner of Chicago, Aaron Tanner (Melisssa) of Desota, Ricardo of Chicago, DeAngelo Dixon of Chicago, Mary and Kesha Dobbs; and his grandchildren, Amiya, Paisley, Destin, Denim and Courtland Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
