He is survived by: his parents, Donald W. Rigney, Sr. and Anne Quimby Moody; his wife Marsha Bottoms Rigney of Hot Springs; his stepmother Linda Rigney of Naples; his children, Johnathan Rigney (Samantha) of Colorado Springs, Tifanee Lasley (Pat) of Cape May and Bethany Hodges (Paul) of Castro Valley; his stepsons, Brandt Bottoms (Fara) of Gould, Braden Bottoms (Nikki) of White Hall and Bracy Bottoms of Gould; his grandchildren, Natalie, Alleah, Billy, Cameron, Tyler, Riley, Marley, Beckham and Callan; his parents-in-law, Roger and Melba Bradley; his brother-in-law Myron Grimes of Dumas; his stepdaughter Kalena Becker (Joe); and his grandson Grayson of Midlothian, Virginia..
