He is survived by: his children, Jerry Carter, Dale Carter (Toni) and Teena Levine; and his grandchildren, Monica Petter (David), Grant Carter (Rick), Jeremy Carter (Melissa), Greg Traylor (Denise) and Ashley Spigener. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
