In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact David Charles had on those he encountered along his journey. Though David Charles may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lane and Mary Louise Lane; and his sister Barbara Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Janeal Lane of Almyra; his siblings, Jean Howe (James), Junior Lane of DeWitt, Roger Lane (Charlotte) of Humphrey, Mae Hendrix (Paul) and Kay Ashbrook of Almyra; and his close friends, Tommy Bounds of Almyra and Donnie Brown of Stuttgart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Essex Funeral Home (1405 S Grandview Dr, DeWitt, AR 72042).
