She was predeceased by: her parents, Otmar Hageman and Hazel Hageman; her brother Henry Hageman; her sons-in-law, U. W. Mullins and Jim Freeman; and her brother-in-law Tommy Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Simmons; her daughters, Lisa Mullins of Searcy and Stacy Freeman of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Lindsey Kelley (Brian), Laura Beth Laughter (Seth), Olivia Freeman (Adam) and Walter Freeman; her great grandchildren, Logan, Lucas Kelley, Ava Freeman, Graham and Andrew Laughter; and her sister Carolyn Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
